Centre Facilities

We offer a range of halls and rooms for hire to suit your needs be it a birthday party, work function, conference or just a special occasion. All our facilities come with a Data Projector and Whiteboard for your convenience. Our facilities also have split system cooling/heating for your comfort. Main hall

Main Hall is situated in the main buidling with access to centre toilet facilities. Features heating and cooling. Main Hall has a wonderful atmosphere and is perfect for parties, functions, special occassions and work conferences.

  • Fits up to 80 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 13m x 6m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.

Kemp hall

Kemp Hall is a beautiful 'stand alone' building situated at the front of the Centre with access to public toilets.

  • Fits up to 40 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 7m x 7m + Stage (elevated) 1.2m x 7m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (3) hours on weekends.

Ibis Room

The Ibis Room is situated in the main building with direct access to centre toilets. With heating and cooling provided and a great view of the Dandenong Ranges, this is the perfect space for any special occassion.

  • Fits up to 20 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 6m x 5m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.

(Note: On weekends, Ibis & Rosella Rooms are to be hired out together as a combined room.)

Rosella Room

Our Rosella Room is also situated in the main building with direct access to the centre toilets.  It seats up to 30 guests with heating and cooling. The Rosella Room is the ideal set up for smaller functions.

  • Fits up to 30 guests comfortably.
  • Dimensions: 7m x 5m
  • Minimum Hours: (2) hours on weekdays; (5) hours on weekends.

(Note: On weekends, Ibis & Rosella Rooms are to be hired out together as a combined room.)

Hiring fees & schedules

  • The hiring fees for all regular and social hire shall be determined by the Centre and may be varied or waived at the discretion of the CEO. 
  • Confirmation of a booking shall occur only upon receipt of a completed Application to Hire form and payment of the non refundable deposit and evidence and/or payment of appropriate current public liability and where applicable evidence of Not for Profit status.
  • All monies must be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to the commencement of any hire, including the balance of hiring fees and bond monies and only then will access to the Centre be provided.
  • A hiring bond shall be payable on all hires, as determined by the CEO and will be refunded upon satisfactory completion of the hire and in accordance with the Agreement to Hire. All refunds will be paid by EFT, payable to the hirer named on the application form.
  • All monies due in regard to Room Hire - General Contracts must be paid in accordance with the Schedule of Hire or access may be denied.
  • Booking changes and cancellations must be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to date of hire. Should the required notice not be given the agreed hiring fee shall be payable.
