Garden Volunteers Needed

Got a green thumb? Or looking to start a new hobby and meet new people in your spare time? Then the Glen Park Oaks Community Garden is just the thing for you! Council is currently looking for volunteers to help operate and maintain the garden, which was officially opened in November 2013.

The garden features raised planter beds with a variety of vegetables and ornamental plants. Volunteers will enjoy being part of something that contributes to the local community and can also enjoy the produce – a tasty benefit. To find out more about this wonderful volunteering opportunity or request a Volunteer Application Form please contact Council’s Community Development team on 9294 5748.
