Industry Practice Network.

Learn Locals are not-for-profit community organisations registered and funded by the Victorian Government to deliver pre-accredited, adult learning courses with a focus on foundation skills: Language, Literacy, Numeracy, Employability and Digital (LLNED) skills.

Learn Local Industry Practice Networks (IPNs), an initiative developed in 2023, contribute to realisation of a goal of the Victorian Government’s Ministerial Statement on the future of Adult Community Education 2020-2025: to build industry partnering in pre-accredited training to meet workforce foundation skills needs and drive job opportunities for pre-accredited learners.

Industry Practice Networks (IPN) bring together Victorian Learn Local providers to work together to extend good practice industry partnering to benefit employers and learners.
