Anne has had a varied working life, working as a First Aid sessional instructor for Red Cross, Private nursing, and working in Mantamaru with the Ngaanyatjarra people – a tribal Aboriginal community in the Gibson desert.

“We make a living from what we get, but we make a life from what we give”. This quote epitomizes Anne’s belief in the value of volunteering – it is of benefit to the volunteer, the community and organisations. Volunteering is one social, cultural and economic value. Anne has also had various volunteer roles, such as a Puppy Carer for Seeing Eye Dogs Australia, Independent Third Person for the Office of the Public Advocate and Justice of the Peace.

Anne’s current interests are reading, going to the pool, socializing with friends & family, playing pranks, community and travelling.
