Career Cafe is a hands-on training program that builds confidence and job-ready skills for real-world hospitality roles.

Participants will gain practical experience in:

• OH&S and kitchen safety
• Food handling and hygiene
• Barista and beverage preparation
• Customer service and teamwork
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and point of sale systems
• Basic event planning and management

The final session gives participants the chance to plan and run a mini event, putting their new skills into practice and showcasing their abilities in hospitality, teamwork, and customer service.

This program is ideal for Workforce Australia providers looking to support meaningful pathways to employment.
