Hungry 4 Success – Training is a dynamic program, focused on building effective communication, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief – essential skills for thriving in the retail industry. Indigenous learners are strongly encouraged to enrol, with culturally supportive training designed to empower and inspire.
Learners will be provided with a range of supports throughout the program including but not limited to:
- Behind the scenes walkthrough with industry partners
- Employer Meet and Greet with industry partners
- Trade Taster experiences with Glad Group, offering a “day in the life” insight into the cleaning, maintenance, security and guest services industries
- Group/Individualised Pathway Planning Sessions*
- Presentations from select guest speakers
