Are you looking to give back to your commuinity? In this course, you will support Glen Park to prepare nutritious meals for local and in-house emergency relief programs and our social enterprise cafe's. You will learn basic cooking methods, food preparation, OH&S and food handling skills, as well as the practical skills needed to pursue employment or volunteer work in a cafe, restaurant or fast food environment.
